Each morning, as we open our eyes and step into a new day, we enter a world of unknowns. We carry with us hopes, plans, and sometimes fears, but ultimately, we have no way of knowing the outcome of this day. It’s a journey of discovery for us, unfolding one moment at a time. Yet, while it’s new to us, it’s not new to God. From the beginning of time, He has known each step we would take, each decision we would face, and every turn our lives would take. To Him, nothing is unknown.

God, in His infinite wisdom, knew every detail of our lives long before the first breath of creation. He knows every breath we take, each heartbeat, and even the number of hairs on our heads. He sees every leaf that falls from a tree, every ripple in a pond, and every ant crawling in the dirt. This isn’t just a poetic notion; it’s a testament to His boundless knowledge and intimate care for every part of His creation.

When we realize that God’s knowledge is perfect and complete, it invites us to let go of our need to control every aspect of our lives. We can rest in the truth that we’re moving through a reality that God has already seen. To Him, our future is not a mystery. He knows the trials, the triumphs, and every challenge we’ll face.

Our part, then, is to trust Him fully. It’s a call to release our anxieties, our need to constantly plan and control, and to surrender to His guidance. When we trust that God is guiding us through each moment with a purpose we may not yet understand, we find peace. We come to see that worrying over what we cannot change is a weight we need not bear.

Rather than resisting the flow of our lives, we can lean into the assurance that God has already walked through every moment we face. When we stop fighting, stop resisting, and let each minute unfold as it’s meant to, we experience a profound peace. We learn to appreciate each moment, even the difficult ones, as steps on a path that He has lovingly designed.

So today, and every day, let us walk in trust, knowing that our lives are not a series of random events. We are held in the hands of a God who knows and loves us deeply. Our unknowns are His knowns, and in that truth, we can rest.
